The shares of Banco de Chile are listed on the local stock exchanges and also on the principal stock markets in the world. On the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the Bank has an ADS (American Depositary Shares) program, level lll, subject to the strict supervisory and reporting regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, SEC, of the United States of America. The Bank has also listed its shares since 2002 on the Madrid and London stock exchanges, with the respective approvals of the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) (the Spanish Securities Market Authority) and the United Kingdom Listing Authority (UKLA). The company has one of the highest market capitalizations among Chilean companies.
